1. The submitted works are the sole work of the artist answering the questionnaire (no collaborations may be submitted).
2. The questionnaire is the intellectual property of ArtsvilleUSA / NOT REAL ART / Crewest Studio LLC.
3. Artsville USA / NOT REAL ART / Crewest Studio LLC has exclusive usage rights to all completed questionnaires.
4. Artsville USA / NOT REAL ART / Crewest Studio LLC retains the right to refuse to publish any completed questionnaire.
5. By completing this questionnaire, you will now automatically receive our newsletters via email. If desired, you may unsubscribe at any time.

Artists warrant and represent that the work submitted by them is their sole original work and that they hold the rights necessary to make the grant of rights to Sponsors in these Terms and Conditions without the Sponsors needing to obtain additional rights from third parties.
